As aggravating as ours can be sometimes it still beats the hell out of other countries form of justice. I agree that we should not settle and always look to where improvements within the system but in the end the basic principal must stand and of course that is innocent until proven guilty and the defendant should never have to prove his innocent but the state must prove his guilt.
