We demand here daily. It’s all we can do. And the day may be coming that we can’t even do that. Hell, it’s gotten to the point where some don’t WANT to anymore!

Yeap, Jerry has Stockholm syndrome captured the fanbase with his quest for the middle. Romo, Dak, Zeke, Dez, the illusion of trying to actually compete.
He if we are close to the playoffs or always trying to make the playoffs means we will break through one year.
If 27 years of failing to reach a championship game isn't evidence to this thesis I don't know what will be. The Front office has to take swings, its ok to miss but you have to go and try to win.
When a team says we like our guys the results show. This is the leagues storied franchise it's time Jerry actually show that. He is a showman, just hire the best and try to win.
The day he drops his ego is the day this team turns around. This organization is like the Lakers and Celtics.

• Heavy dependence on a running game. Jimmy had Emmitt and Now it's Zeke AND Pollard in combination. Who gives a whit about which back is better when the fact is that in tandem they can produce big numbers. (175 yards vs. NY).
• Cooper Rush is producing Aikman-Like numbers through the air .. no 400 yard games but rather, 235 or so and little or no turnovers.
• An OL that's getting it done one way or another - both passing and running.
• A defense that is capable of tearing the head off opposing QBs and stiff vs. the run.

Again, for you slow ones out there, I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS A TEAM IN THE SAME UNIVERSE as Jimmy's teams but, the philosophy is being played out the same.

All the above leads to BALANCE and that's very hard for opponents to game-plan for.

Lol, I kid. I too love the current approach and it is reminiscent of our glory years. Let's just hope there isn't a philosophical change when Dak is healthy. Keep it going. Romo was probably at his best in 2014 when we were chewing teams up. With this defense, we can run the ball and control games.

How about stay in this era, stay in this group, as team last year's 6-0 run was the same thing with Dak and we won by more points against the lessor teams and got by NE and LAC with late scores.. you are trying to forget dak so bad you cant even look back to last year's 6-0 run. go check out the numbers with dak and very much the same type of philosophy LOL its KM and whomever else decided to get away from that.. mostly the OL with the injuries, and penalty's torpedoes that type of gameplan.

the defense is also better. i mean come on dude these threads just have to stop.. we also did this in 18 on a 5-0 run i believe. nothing to do with Rush outside the fact Hes not messing things up.. this has to do with Team play, other areas of the team giving support and making sure Rush doesn't need to be the hero.

selective amnesia and BTW During the regular season, Aikman threw plenty of INTs some of his years he was downright a very similar to rush..Aikman shined in the playoffs.

It’s all about the trenches. Stick with that run and behind the improved O-Line. Dak don’t need to be a super man. Hand the ball off and get the ball out. He and Moore need not forget about the run. 12 personnel is our jam. Peters comes in the game a Pollard breaks a long one. Elliot will start popping long ones later in games to help put teams away. Our Defense is doing very well. And ST is much improved. I can see Turpin scoring pretty soon. We are putting it together. Get Dak back in the drivers seat and let him do his thing. He said he realized on the sideline how simple it can be. He don’t have 3 really good WR like he did before. I don’t care if they call him dink and dunk. Those deep ones will come, use that play action. Let that O-Line eat.

point I'm making is I couldn't care less if Daks lighting it up. Dan Marino Lit it up. I want him to play like Coop is now.
