on a serious note, in a non - bashing way, we NEED to get SOMETHING figured out for our kicking situation before the playoffs. we cannot go into the playoffs expecting to win games missing gimme fg's

Tryouts starting on Monday - bring in all the best unemployed kickers and let them duke it out.

I thought that was Buehler they showed. They said before the game that the Cowboys opened the field goal kicking to the media, Buehler missed four straight field goals, and they sat him back down. And then they showed it during the game. I may be wrong, but I don't think it was Folk.

Doesn't change the fact he missed the 4th qtr FG, but still.

It was Folk. I watched the last couple and the number was clearly #6.

Probably not because it didn't affect the outcome of the game since the defense held anyways.

You wanta put your paycheck on this guy catching the ball....He was unimpressive at UT...nothin great at Detroit.....or they would not of drafted Megatron....RW cant handle the pressure...poor hands...slow and can only run a slant route.....just watch the tape at UT and detorit......trades his arse for a football bat...RW is stealing jerry jones money...

I'm worried as well. And obviously we need another option for the rest of the season, but I'm not so sure you give up on folk. I know we fans can have short memories (especially when chip-shots are missed to clinch huge games), but folk was one of, if not the best kicker in the league. I'd like to see what he can work out over the off-season.

In the postgame press conference, Phillips did not give Folk a vote of confidence going into next week. When pressed what they would do, he got very defensive.

Very un-Wade like. Folk better hide in the cargo just to make sure he gets a lift home.

Before Shuisam missed against us and New Orleans, he was having a Pro Bowl season. Folk hasn't even sniffed one this year.

BTW with Folk's miss again tonight, he has officially missed more kicks than anyone else in the league. Don't know how that stacks up in your book, but in mine it makes him the league's worst kicker.

Replacing him with a high school kid would make sense at this point.
