I can't wait for the season to start. I'm not sure it will with this pandemic, but whenever it's back, that will be a relief. Then we can talk about Dak and the team's performance on the weekend. We can point to specific things. He threw two touchdown passes. He scrambled for several first downs. He threw a pick 6, whatever it is. At least it would be something concrete and recent, and no more of this Dak's lousy/support Dak all the way argument. I want to see how he does this season, and more importantly, how well the team as a whole does. When Dak's on the field, there are ten other Cowboys on the field with him. When the D's on the field, that's 11 players who aren't Dak playing for the team. I'm looking forward to seeing how the team as a whole does now that we have a real coach. This anti-Dak/pro-Dak argument is beating a dead horse already.
