The Dallas Cowboys have been eliminated from the playoffs

I knew the Cowboy season was likely lost after the off season and the start of training camp. I knew it but I did not want to ADMIT it to myself. Then came those early regular season loses coupled with a string of injuries and it was so obvious that I could no longer deny the inevitable. The 2024 Dallas Cowboy season was done playoff wise months ago. It just became official today.

This season was over after that 47-9 beatdown by Detroit. Most realists knew this season was screwed the minute we resigned #4.

The next 4 seasons ended about an hour before Week 1.

I think the true Cowboys fans should not give up hope for the playoffs this year. The team could file some appeals to have results overturned because of referee incompetence. Also because it’s a major bummer to those that thought that anything that happens the previous season will have major impact on the following season that is not health related.

Get the word out to Jerry and his media love children. The Cowboys season is not over till we say it is. Fight till you are dead and then continue the fight. Show the board your Monty Python black night spirit.

It’s more than light years-try a different universe. And with Dak looking like a one legged with a broken arm-wait till next season. The team has to play the NFC North and the AFC West. At least they get the Giants and Raiders. They might draw SF again depending-and likely at full health.
