Even with their loss yesterday to KC, Houston has Clinched their Division with only 9 Wins.

And I'm amazed NBC didn't flex Dallas and Tampa out of the Sunday Night game. A 6 win vs an 8 win team!

There are a couple of theories.

1. Lance is as bad as he looked in the preseason finale and is simply not capable of leading the offense.

2. The Cowboys secretly want Lance backing up Dak next year, and are "hiding" him in order to make him more affordable in free agency.

Because the Cowboys need to see him as much as possible in a real game before he walks. I know it most likely won't matter but that's what a real front office does before potentially letting a good QB get away while you're stuck with a fraud.

Nobody's going to pay Lance big QB money regardless of what he does in those last two games.
