I was thinking Bane as well, but I'm sure Harvey Dent/Two Face plays a major role.

I'm not sure why they stuck with "Dark Knight" again when the first one was Batman Begins. They don't have to start naming them all "Dark Knight" this and "Dark Knight" that.

Aaron Eckhart said that hes fine with dent being dead, which i dont get why they killed him off so fast...but maybe he ment that dent died but two face lives? ***bummmm baaa bummmmmmmm**

I just read an article that this will be the last batman movie for a while...so this leads me to think the villian will be bane as bane finds out who Batman really is and ends up breaking his back in one of the comics

Well that's miserable. Between this and the stalled James Bond movies, Hollywood sure has a way of turning hot franchises stale in a hurry.

I didn't think Bale would be in it for the long haul anyway and Nolan surely doesn't want to direct Batman movies for the rest of his life.

bond 23 is on hiatus , i was starting to like D. Craig as Bond too

I was a huge fan of Batman as a kid. (comics, cartoons, and the show with Adam West)

The movies, not so much.

Same with Spiderman. He was my absolute favorite as a kid and I just really couldn't get into the movie. I watched the first one and was put off by it to the point I didn't watch any of the others.

Not exactly why I have such a dislike for the Batman and Spiderman movies. Most people like them.

That even sounds better. But I liked that the name of the second film had nothing to do with the first. So it should be something completely different. It's not like the name will go unrecognized as the next Batman film.

The Dark Knight was great because of Ledger. Bale still sucks IMHO.

Bale is definitely a good actor. The voice is annoying and the Batman character comes off as cartoonish when his adversaries are so grounded in reality but that doesn't mean the guy can't act.

Batman running around in a rubber suit just looks corny when the Joker is slamming dudes heads onto pencils.

Batman Begins is still the best in terms of Batman's portrayal, because you get to see him as an actual person not just a guy in a suit. I hope Nolan can do a bit more of that in the next film.

I don't have a problem with a gruffy voice to disguise himself. The real issue is that the mask makes him sound nasally.

Totally disagree. He was very good in 3:10 to Yuma, The Machinist, The Prestige, American Psycho and he will probably be nominated for The Fighter. He's a good actor.
