The holder being the problem was just an excuse and anyone with an ounce of common sense could see it. Its a total failure of personnel management. The fact that coaching staff couldn't figure this out is a total indictment of their ability to manage a football team.

Yeah cause you know how to run a team obviously. You have a player thats been to a probowl and has been consistently good until this year at a position where confidence can play a huge part in there mess ups. If having a new holder can help his psyche to right the problem YOU TRY IT!!! If the knee jerk fans on this board had there way half the team would be cut and turn around to have great seasons with other teams. We invested in Folk so you try and rectify the problem and get his confidence back before throwing him to the trash
