The difference between Garrett and Phillips

I agree with you, but in all fairness, it's not all on Garrett.

This is Romo's team now, and it never was when Phillips was here.

Add those two to all the high character, team captain type players that have been added the past few years and you have the guys coming in with a passion to work harder than they ever have before.

Any player on this team would run through walls for Romo now.

It's been a while coming, but I think we can safely conclude that JG knows what he's been doing here. The culture has done a 180. We're young, we're deeper than we've been in a long, long time, and we've got an excellent staff from top to bottom.

Now, we just need to address the QB of the future. :)

Garrett is just one of those inspirational leaders that come along once in a generation. I'm just totally impressed with not only the way he has rebuilt our roster, but the way he interacts with everyone in the organization. It's something I'd like to emulate in my professional life.

The main difference that pops in my mind right now is that Wade still has the better Cowboys resume, at the moment.

You mean RB, right? :p

I definitely don't see it that way. Yeah, in wins and losses at the very moment, but that's about to change significantly!

Its been a process . . . . . stacking good days on top of good days

As much as I did not care for Garrett's robotic delivery today during the PC, I can only imagine how Wade Phillips would have behaved in the same situation.

He's got it dialed in at this point, yeah. Took him a while to get on top of it, but it was also a tough job, given where we were with the cap and with our depth. It's always nice to hear the coaches and players say good things about the coach and the organization as a whole.

I just hope we get these guys ready and don't have them thinking they've already won the championship without playing a game. Championships aren't won on paper

Yes he does.

That's what the 18th ranked head coach in the NFL does.

*ahem*

Just a lot of big name guys brought in.
Yeah I'm eating crow I'm glad he is here I wanted him out. Romo haters grab some crow with me and let's all kumbaya together

I'll have some Garrett crow with use. Never gave up on Romo though, always believed

I think a lot of people got caught up with the lack of tangible improvement while trying to rebuild the roster.
