If there is an explanation as to what this means, I missed it!

I am assuming that this is a top 12 list. That being the case, I hardly feel McChunky should be in the list and not Bledsoe. Even if he does belong, you certainly can't mean he is the third best QB in football.

I won't even go into Vick!

yep, it is a top 12 list.. and Bledsoe almost made the list.. he would have been #13.. and I agree that Vick is vastly overrated, which is why he is so low on my list.. but overrated as he is, i still feel he is the 11th best QB in the league.. he does make that Atlanta team better.. and hate the Eagles too, but ya cant hate on McNabb-- he is elite..

if this was a career list, he would no doubt be included.. but last year was horrible and i feel it will be more of the same this year.. the list is meant as a top 12 right now list.. so i had to leave out Favre and McNair..

Vick is not even a top 15 QB. AND Brady is the best QB in the game- NOT the choker Manning. McFlabb is also a choker and does not belong in the top 5. Maybe 8 or 9.

Vick is overrated, but with our O-Line, you are a fool if you wouldnt trade him straight up for Vick

Hmmm. I disagree with this a lot. Bledsoe is better than half the people on this list. Hell more than half. Did you see last season at all? Before our line collapsed and we were starting rookies he had better numbers than anyone except manning on this list. I would not trade Bledsoe for any on this list except maybe Manning. Vick? You got to be joking.

These type of lists are always going to invite more scrutiny than praise, especially when the hometown guy isn't included, which I commend you for by the way(noway would Bledsoe crack my top 12).

All and all a pretty good list, not one I agree with 100%, but how often is that going to happen anyway.

I don't disagree with the list that much. I think both Culpepper and Vick are insanely overrated. Culpepper has done nothing without Randy Moss. He is always among the league leaders in turnovers. He makes some poor decisions, and can't hold onto the ball. He is immature and has the worst touchdown celebration of all time.

Vick is just not a good quarterback. He is a great athlete, but he leaves a lot to be desired as a decision maker and a passer.

I'd put Culpepper at about 12, and Vick not on my list.

Mine would look like this:
1. Peyton Manning
2. Carson Palmer (if healthy)
3. Tom Brady
4. Ben Roethlisberger
5. Donovan McNabb
6. Matt Hasselback
7. Trent Green (vastly underrated)
8. Drew Brees
9. Jake Plummer (2005, not before)
10. Drew Bledsoe
11. Eli Manning
12. Daunte Culpepper

1. Tom Brady (money in the big game)
2. Peyton Manning (can't play in the big games but cleans up every other one
3. Carson Palmer (was on track to becoming the best in the league)
4. Jake Delhomme (does a lot with a little)
5. Ben Roethlisberger (pure system QB, but successful and doesn't lose)
6. Matt Hasselbeck (Good RB, great OL, but horrible WRs)
7. Drew Brees (we'll see just how good he was as Rivers takes over)
8. Donovan McNubb (he still has to prove to me that he isn't on a horrible slide, I think TO bought him an extra year to keep him from being exposed)
9. Drew Bledsoe (give him time and a RB, he'll pick you apart)
10. Trent Green (similar to DB)
11. Mark Brunell (worn down but still accurate as He**)
12. Vick (lack of anyone else worth a spit to put here)

That's pretty much how I would rank them also except I would swap Roethlisberger and Hasselbeck. Nicely done burmfard.

Hasselback had a better SB so that is why he is ahead of Roths.
