Per the article they will not be playing at the UNLV stadium. Also the Raiders have said they will stay in Oakland until the current lease runs out with is through the 2018 season. They are in limbo for 2019 and HOPE to move to Vegas in 2020.

2020 NFCE plays NFCW and AFCN so unless the formula changes then they are not playing in 2020.

I live in the Bay Area. This kind of sucks. At the same time i'm always for cities not being held hostage by billionaire owners.
