The better solution is for people who buy season tickets to boycott season ticket purchase. Otherwise the people who have those tickets will just end up selling it

Casual fans are the ones wearing team jerseys but too busy flirting with each other or taking selfies to actually watch the game.

Any who cheer when Rowdy comes onto the field are casual fans. Any who boo when Dak comes onto the field are serious. (The one not booing but serious is America's Cowboy.)

This league is not dependend on the true fans anymore. It has changed its business model with the salary cap long time ago.

The leagues revenue is based on the casual viewer. The mainstream.

And you wont be able to tell those people to not go to the games or watch them on tv or buy the crap the NFL offers as merchandise.
They dont go there because of the sport soley. The go there for the party and the entertainement.

I can't remember the last time I bought Cowboys merchandise.

I hardly wear my old Cowboys gear.

Unfortunately this isn’t an option with new stadium. Season ticket holders are locked in with PSL agreement and would lose tens of thousands of dollars by backing out. And why they choose to broker out their seats instead.

In other words the “ seat options” are a required purchase in order to have the rights to buy season tickets. And even if you decided to sell your season tickets you’d still be under obligation to continue paying for these options or PSL.

It’s why most of the tens of thousands of season ticket holders like myself from Texas Stadium chose not to buy them.

Paid good money for it, so gonna wear it. I was a Cowboys fan long before Jerry, so I've earned that right. Now, I haven't bought any Cowboys gear myself since the 1990s. I did attend a game the first year in the new stadium, but honestly, I'd rather watch from home.

I get the feeling we're going to see a lot of the stop buying Jerry's stuff posts over the next six to eight months. Just stop it and Jerry will change or sell the team because that's the way it works.

Very true. There is also many old diehards who realize the handicaps and obstacles our dysfunctional ownership presents but we choose to continue rooting our team on for 60 minutes each week.

It’s not the players fault our ownership suks. All we can do is root the team on each game with apathetic attitudes knowing how Jethro & Son limit our expectations hoping for the best.

They are our local team and the game telecast. It wouid t matter which NFL game we watch with Equal TV Revenue. And I’m not going to totally Boycott the NFL cause I hate our ownership.

But there is some consolation watching our idiotic owner burn in the media and public eye. I think it’s obvious why we haven’t had more success this era . No other fans would want our owner. It is what it is.

This might have worked several years ago, but it won't now. Jerry can make money by renting the venue for concerts, sporting events, etc. Then you have to take into account that the 32 teams share the national media deal revenue evenly, along with money from leaguewide sponsorship and licensing deals. So, you might hit Jerry in his wallet for some peanuts, but it will hardly matter to a guy whose net worth is upward of $16 billion. One final note, people love to hate the Cowboys, and they will buy those unsold tickets just to come in and root against them.

An elite QB and HC duo could ultimately win "in spite" of Jerry imo. At least for a year or 2 anyway before it all would blow up again due to Jerry's meddling.

But for those 2 years, they just need to stumble upon the most absolute pure luck imaginable in the hiring, acquiring or drafting of a duo with that kind of talent.

The likelihood of this happening seems far fetched but not entirely impossible. I'm saying there's a chance. Think Lloyd Christmas(Dumb & Dumber) type chance.
