Jerry and Garrett lacks the foresight to see what this team really needs.

For two years we have been devastated by injuries on both sides of the line. We did address most of the problems on oline somewhat. But really its one year too late.

Now were devastated on the dline. How can the front office not see that we needed Dline help badly? Especially when all your dline starters were over the age of 30?

Someone posted here that we have had terrible drafts and I think thats true. Our entire 2009 draft has gone down the drain. But Jerry could have gotten Ungar if he traded up to a No. 1 pick.

Basically, what I see is that the Cowboys front office doesn't know what their true problems are. Mainly Jerry and Garrett. They seem to ignore that the line isn't that important to the team. Now its coming back to bite us in a big way.

These injuries is the fault of Jerry and Garrett. They should have had the foresight to fix our most glaring problems - which is the oline and dline.

Personally, I don't think Garrett has much input. He's just along for the ride....no different than JJ's other puppett coaches: he'll be gone in a couple months and JJ will start over with another yes man, and the cycle will continue. Hate Jerrah.

The Bengals are missing their 3 best defensive players, yet they somehow managed to allow less than 40 first downs yesterday. Stop making excuses.

Oh I see, the Raven's offense = Saints offense.

And did the Bengals win?

This.

I don't think Garrett has what it takes to be a good head coach, but the truth is there is no one at Valley Ranch with the ability to adequately evaluate him and make a decision.

No one can truly succeed in Jerry's circus.

There is no vision or plan in place with this team. Jimmy had a plan, Big Bill had a plan, Garrett........not so much. We are going no where until a leader arrives here.

When the top two people on the personnel food chain are an oil wildcatter and a chemical engineer, this is what you get.

When the top two people in the organization with regards to setting the organizational and football vision for the operation have no background or skill in this, this is what you get.

When the owner hires a head coach that he is comfortable with rather than finding the best guy for the job, this is what you get.

When the head coach of the team has routinely had his legs cut out from under him by the owner of the team, this is what you get.

When fans continue to accept this brand of leadership, continue to buy tickets and merchandise, and do nothing to effect change, this is what you get.
