What a mess Jerry has made.

The future is indeed bleak because this roster and coaching staff can't genuinely compete for even a deep playoff run. So I hope JJ knows that something dramatic is going to need to occur to change the direction of this team. Coaching change and a blockbuster trade to name two. This team is beyond a single player (through a trade or the draft) fixing this mess, and neither will a mere coaching change fix all of this (McCarthy's not the answer though, so yes, make the coaching change).

The reality is, this roster has gotten worse from where it was last year...so JJ needs a new version of "all in".

he makes no impact on any play off game. He wears down. you may not know this and it really baffles a lot of fans. PLayers dont get younger and the body takes hits and harder to recover from. Hes not built for the position we play him at. So no, theres more of a guarantee he wont make a year than there is a team will make the playoffs and he ll be a player that will put them over.

So if you calculate from realism and not fan based craziness, what woudl you offer BESIDES KNOWING you have to commit a lot of money to him. Basically pay him to sit the bench when you need him most.

Barely beat the hapless Giants, blown out by a team that has lost 5 in a row in the Saints, blew out by the LIONS, lost to the Ravens, blew out a terrible team BUT DID BEAT THE STEELERS AWAY MISSING PLAYERS so thats one positive but they haven't beat anyone. We are in a bad place as we know. They will dump more players in the offseason and draft a RB MLB WR RG AND DE in our first 5 picks. I just feel that Jerry’s senility is getting worse and he is STILL involved in things. His son is so cheap. I predict the 7th or 8th pick in the draft. 6-11 record. We have some tough games coming up and not enough tough players to play against them. I mean what GM lets 10 guys go and doesn't replace them counting in the backups and not anticipating injuries in NFL football. Only an idiot.

2015 was a terrible year for the Cowboys it felt like the window was closing, Romo was on his last leg and talent looked to be in decline. The following year was a totally different story. Things can turn around quickly in the NFL.

We'll learn a lot about this team in the coming weeks if this season can be salvaged, otherwise I look forward to a new coaching staff next year and hopefully a new direction.

Also, Jerry just signed Dak to the top contract in the league and he has the 6th *highest* Bad Throw% in the league. Last year he was 2nd *lowest*.

Make a bad choice on your franchise QB and you've blown half a decade for the franchise. And in Jerry's case, that one of many half decades blown, and one of the last for Jerry, if not the last.

I find it extremely hard to care at all anymore. Jerry is a buffoon that's blinded by his own egotism (or just a liar, probably both). The whole fiasco that took place on radio today where the hosts stuck their tais between their legs speaks volumes of how Jerry will never be called out in person publicly and he will never truly fess up regarding how ultimately bad he is at running this team. I SOOOOO wish I could just pick a new team but it's been 52 years and I don't see how I could. So I guess I just wait for him to die and hope his inbred offspring are better.
