I really don't want to see another generation of quality players lost because of an inept coach. He's simply not qualified. This team has too much overall talent to be where we are. For the record, I have been saying this since Day 1 with regard to Garrett.

He has been beaten by two first year coaches and we're only 4 games into the season. This myth that it takes multiple years to rebuild a team needs to be dispelled. If we don't make the playoffs, garrett has to go

He is almost ALWAYS beat by young head coaches.

Mcadoo ate his lunch last year and Mcadoo is a terrible Coach.

Not making mistakes. All starts up front. Problem is O line is struggling. That was the one spot that we always had a major advantage. If this continues. So will the losses. Spot on. Our OLine's dominance allowed most other deficiencies to stay hidden. But now that the OLine sucks also, we can't rely on gaining the early lead and pounding opposing defenses

I had no issues when hired. But the evidence is mounting that he's simply not good enough to take this team to the next level.

As many have mentioned, if you have to keep drafting studs to build a roster of superstars to get the most out of Garrett, then guess what? You have an issue at head coach.

I've wanted ginger gone for years. I would sacrifice the rest of this season if it gets him canned. Unfortunately, I don't think losing the rest of the games would be enough to get him fired. There'll always be an excuse to why he sucks.

So even though the team brought in new scouting personnel led by McClay, he's not doing his job? Garrett will probably still be here while McClay goes elsewhere as a GM and then we can see him draft good players that are utilized under an adept coaching staff, watch that organization have playoff success, and then blame someone else. It's always someone other than Garrett. He's Captain Deflection.
