I think you're a round early on 3 of the 1st 4 players taken. The Kenny Clark pick may be a little late to get him. I think he goes late 1st/early 2nd. I don't hate the players you took, I just don't like where they are slotted. Kearse has a shot to be there in the 2nd. Fuller is a late 2nd early 3rd guy to me. Dixon is a 4th rd guy to me.

As far as Williams goes, I seriously doubt he would come here for what we would be willing to pay him. If Hardy isn't re-signed, I let Lawrence play most of the RDE snaps and look for an upgrade at the LDE spot.

Another thing that needs to be mentioned, you dont use to draft to win for Romo. You use the draft to build for the future. If you want to win with Romo this year and hopefully 2017, you use FA

The premise of this mock draft is helping get this team to win now. Drafting Goff doesn't help Romo win in 2016. Whether Jerry goes this route is of course unknown.

This early, I would take Goff or Jalen Ramsey at 4. Tunsil should go #1. I don't think Bosa is worth all the hype around him. Check his stats against ranked teams and quality tackles.

Zek /RB is not worth a top 15. DMC will be even better next year. The RB (Dixon) in the 3rd is a valuable pick. Next years draft will be heavy with quality RBs.

Kearse is marked as a first rounder and continues to move up boards.

The picks help make the offense more explosive and fill major holes in the defense with high quality players. More picks instead of Goff help round off this team.

With this draft and Mario Williams, this a super bowl contender.

I get what you are saying bro...................but man, passing on Goff if he is sitting there at 4 would be hard as hell to do. He was putting up video game numbers in their bowl game.

Dam, I just don't think I could pass him up considering Romo is 36 when the season starts.

I agree. I am a huge Goff fan. There was a huge drought between Aikman and Romo. I think Dallas goes QB based on that and Romo's increase of injuries over the last three years at 4.

You can't always get your guy in the round he's projected. Frederick by all accounts was a 2nd rounder, but Dallas had to take him in the first to get him. Given that I'm using Drafttek as for who's available, the player is not available later.

I'm not advocating you do. This is just a hypothetical win now draft even though I went defense with the first pick and wouldn't touch Zek with the 13th pick. There are many reasons but one of them is preventing big plays and poor tackling because of lack of speed at the safety position.

I've seen the rhetoric from Jerry saying that drafting a QB at 4 is a win now selection, but I think he has done a good job of white washing whatever intentions they may have. The last thing you want to do is say you love Goff at #4 and have the 49ers jump ahead of you ala Gonzalez way back when.
