Lol...How many fans do you think the Jones have on this forum?
Several.

You can tell by the narrative they push. Romo is the bad guy. Jason Garrett is the bad guy. Dak is the bad guy. Dan Quinn is the bad guy.

A series of scapegoats and fallguys in order to justify their worldview that their cult leader is not the problem.

It’s easy enough to do. Tell him he is in an open competition with Lance and Rush . Tell him the draft is going to be focused on improving the defense. Hoffman is your starting center and Bass is your starting left guard. Let him know he will be playing the first quarter of each playoff game. Minnesota Denver, New England are potential trade partners.
Why help a Dumbo GM that did not help him when he was on a rookie contract from 2016-2020.

they spent money the years prior to help Romo with for example Brandon Carr and were kicking the proverbial can yearly. Romo got hurt 3 years too early and in the league year of Dak's rookie year.

The lesson is you do not make the same mistake and leverage everything when the other guy needs to go. It's why I imagine they are comfortable standing pat.
