Outside of Washington DC there is no greater concentration of Hypocrisy then any Awards Show

I don’t remember the last time I have legitimately watched an awards show and an artist has lectured anyone on how to live their life. That sounds like a slight overstatement.
I have seen artists expressing their opinion on certain issues, which may or may not be uncalled for depending on what it is.

I tried watching, but it had so many commercials, I lost interest. I'm guessing this is where the NFL gets their inspiration for airing as many commercials as they can.

The Oscars ratings are at a 9 year low and Grammys are at a long time low too.
I mean, the Grammy's of all things, had Hillary reading and excerpt from "Fire and Fury" last night.
Multiple outbursts and lectures about immigration too.
oh well....
Eventually people will realize that pummeling viewers with political messages is not what the actual TV audience wants.
Nevertheless, people are allowed to write music about whatever they topic they like.
Whatever inspires them.
It's the lecturing in speech and by hosts that gets a bit tiring.

Wow. Couldn't of said it better. The local news stated how only 19.8% million people watched it. Lowest rating since 2009. Grammy's pft....
Worse then watching the pro bowl. Which I didn't watch either.

Sadly Nascar is worse.... Every 5-10 laps it is time for more sponsors, as if the cars did not have enough on them to begin with. Let's add another 150 commercials to make this race 4 hours long. At least they wised up and play the race and commercials side by side for the last 50 laps... LOL
As far as the Grammy's are concerned, crap I missed it again.... There was a Teletubby marathon going on. The purple one reminds me of Putty..... LOL

I was never much of a NASCAR fan, I was more into F1 Racing. Even F1 racing has declined, for me, it's less and less about the drivers and more about the technology. I do like the Euro style Rally racing, but don't get to watch much of it. I'm surprised it's not more popular here in the states.
