Patriots. They need the help and Belichick knows Parcells loved him. Seems like the kind of cheap reclamation project they take on.

...and manage to make successful.

Meanwhile Jerruh overpays and other teams use Dallas as an example of what NOT to do.

So were all pretty sure that Miles is out of here come cut time. Leads me to wonder what contender thinks he would help get them over the hump.
I can see the Niners signing him to a 1 year deal.
Maybe even the Falcons.
Wouldn't be surprise if Seattle gave him a look.
What you zoners think?

The Dallas Desperadoes.

Isn't it true we only save 360k against the cap or something by cutting him?

I think it's time to move on but is it even worth to to cut bait w that little to gain.

Until he is officially traded or cut. I expect him in a Cowboy uniform this season.

In a perfect world, he would go to the NFL team that had the fewest hamstring injuries. ;)

Unfortunately, Miles hammy problems are chronic and I don't see them getting better. I really like Miles but he does us no good nursing injuries all year. Even the times he played this year he was nothing more than a decoy. The only team that will have to worry about facing him is whoever the first game is played against. Someone may sign him early but my guess is he will probably be released sometime in the first half of the season after missing a lot of time. I don't see anyone in the NFCE signing him. They are too familiar with his issues.....

They free up 5.5M by making him a June 1st cut. They can use that to sign the draft picks and have enough remaining if they wanted to sign a guy like Brian Waters. Any space remaining cap be carried forward to the following season.
