OK, today sucked. Time to move on, we've still got a lot of things going for us.

We've got a star QB. Say what you want. It took Peyton Manning 99 games before he won a playoff game, Tony has played what, 50?

We have an explosive receiving core including the best TE in the game.

We have arguably the best combonation of RBs in the game.

Our defense is going to get another year older and be better next year...and DeMarcus Ware isn't going anywhere.

Things can't get any worse :laugh2: This team still has a lot going for it, let's not throw everyone under the bus just yet (except Garrett)

I can think of at least two positives from this season:
  1. We didn't finish last in the division.
  2. We finished ahead of the Commanders!
Other than that, this season basically stunk.

I agree. Plus our uniforms are still the best looking out there and our cheerleaders are the best bar none!! Giggidy!

Also next year is another year, maybe some of the players will turn over a new leaf and pull their heads out. Plus we have what 12 picks in this coming draft? We could find some gems like last year with Scandrick and Choice.

This team was not 0-16. So yeah, it can get much worse. And watch it happen next year, if same staff returns and same players return pretty much. Especially if TO is still here.

next year this team will be running over everyone

flozell, kozier/holland, gurode, davis, colomb

with bennett and witten blocking

then you got MB3, felix, and choice

Witten is the glue guy of the team.

Whenever things start going bad and everybody else backs off, Witten takes it to another level.

The guy is a stud.

I'll bet JJ trades one of our running backs to try and get back into the first round of the draft.

While I hope he does not do this, as we will be stacked at running back for the next few years with our three now. What do you think we go for? Offensive line help? A safety? Linebacker or nosetackle?

He'd have to trade Barber. Only way it could get us into the first round.

We need alot but I would think O line first and safety help right behind, and corner help..

Oh, and a back up QB that can throw more than 39 yards, just in case.

I don't want any to be traded, three great backs would be a Godsend.( when healthy) Thats why we need a new strengthening coach.

I wonder what will happen with Henry. Jerruh said Pac is going to be back. I hope a full offseason of work with the team and staying out of trouble bodes will for Pacman.

But yes a back up QB that can throw the ball would be good. It was amazing today when Bollinger got in and got leveled, he didnt fumble!

hahahahaha, what a way to take a steaming dump on our pile of positiveness!

O wait, your right. Maybe double meat double cheese Holland will have a great offseason! See how I am attempting to spin this into something positive? It is hard though.

I'm with you on the rest of your points, but comparing Romo to Manning? No way. Romo is 66 games in and he is nowhere near Peyton's level. Physically or mentally.

I'm trying to find some positives here. I think it has to start with Romo though. Is it in his makeup to be a leader? And if not, how does the coaching staff help him develop those skills? Or can they? Nothing else is going to matter until this gets fixed/addressed.

Who is going to step up and lead this team on the field and on the sidelines?
