I'm trying to find some positives here. I think it has to start with Romo though. Is it in his makeup to be a leader? And if not, how does the coaching staff help him develop those skills? Or can they? Nothing else is going to matter until this gets fixed/addressed.

Who is going to step up and lead this team on the field and on the sidelines?

I think that Romo's numbers for his first 66 are probably as good as Peyton's first 66. I'm just saying it takes time with QBs. There is no need to throw him under the bus too. Not that Tony doesn't have flaws, because he certainly does, but he is talented and has enough desire to win that he can get us there.
