The impact of Micah Parsons

Trade him for two low 1sts. He does too many podcasts and I don’t like his body language, even though he looks like he’s killing himself on every single play.
Yeah, podcast, that’s the reason to get rid of your best please player. LMAO wow

hes not our best player

hes playing out of position , hes wearing down and we cant capitalize on him because we are not going to go deep in the playoffs, why must some fans hang on to this delusion?

Who's our best player?

Who's our best player?
CD Lamb really. He makes his plays and moves the chains and hes not afraid of the red zone

Diggs is worried about his money and not the play on the field.

Parsons is playing out of position and breaking down

Overshowns body may not hold up

Bland is good but not feared.

You just can’t trade this guy. No guarantees that what you trade him for turns into anything. We need to keep him and Ceedee and dump Dak.

I hear ya.

How can they sit on their hands in free agency when they have roster spots to fill and 100 million to spend?
They literally already told us they aren’t spending. And they don’t have 100 million to spend.

Micah, as a disruptor, is good.
Today, as of 11 games played, Micah the Mouth has 9.5 sacks.
He's No. 10 in the NFL.
https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/2024-season-nfl-sack-leaders

Now, had he played 15 games so far, he might be among the top 5 instead of No. 10 as of today.
Any NFL team would be eager to have him.

Yet, as a team toying with rebuilding, Micah might be worth more as a means to get a No. 1 and maybe 2 No. 2s.
I don't see him as a team leader or even as a consistent player.
His disappearance in playoffs games is well known. (Does he feast on weak teams and flop against battle-
tested playoffs teams?)
The Micah bots will shout "Hurrah!" without thinking ahead to what the lad will demand.
T.J. Watts is listed as a $21 million baby. Myles Garrett is at $25 million per season and Micah will demand $30 mil? Maybe $35 mil??
How does that sit with you Micah chaps?

They lied, they do have 100 million to spend. They do have to sign players to fill out the roster. You need to get some help.

The bigger issue is can we afford his new contract on top of Dak and CD's......... and still afford enough talent on the field to compete.

Tell me what has he done in the playoffs? He’s playing now to cash in next year.
He’s no TJ watt, Garrett or Bosa

Trade him… but you know they won’t
TJ Watt has 4 career playoff games, all losses, and has 1 sack in those 4 games.

Joes Bosa has 3 playoff games, 1 win, 1 sack.

Myles Garrett has 3 career playoff games, 1 win, 1 sack.

None of them has done anything to distinguish themselves in the playoffs, apart from Watt having a fumble return TD in a blowout loss to KC. You just assumed they had.

Most likely, the Bosa being referred to as Nick, but your point is still valid. No player gets sacks in every game. In playoff games, they are usually facing the best offenses in the league because few make it to the playoffs without a good offense. Just like Tyron used to pitch shutouts for us facing top competition, other teams have linemen who do the same.

What Watt, Parsons, Garrett, etc., have done in the playoffs is in no way indicative of what kind of players they are. It just shows the challenges they face, especially since good offenses usually have a plan of attack for trying to eliminate the opposing defense's best player. Sometimes they succeed, sometimes they don't.

Why does Philly seem to be in his future.

It's the Nick Vigil effect. Parsons is just getting favorable matchups as all 5 OL just watch Nick

That lion gonna hunt!
