There is no such thing as a 4th round bust. 4th round players aren't even expected to make the team in most cases.

Dak went from being a 4th round pick to a perennial top 10 quarterback in the NFL. He STILL has to step it up to get it done however. That's not enough.

1. Dak TOOK Romo's job... Trey Lance isn't capable of doing that at this time.

2. Trey Lance was a 1st round pick. Dak was a 4th round pick.

3.Trey Lance came out of college into the NFL and looked like trash his first season. Dak came out of college, played good ball and led his team to the playoffs.

4. Trey Lance was drafted to start right away and became a backup. Dak was drafted to be a backup and TOOK the starting job.
