People make too big a deal out of stuff like this. Players, like employees, get upset at times and make poor decisions. As long as he comes back and is positive and plays hard, that's all that matters.

This, to me, is no different than Hardy freaking out during the game. Part of the sport

Apples to oranges.

One guy is a Pro Bowl, top 5 talent at his position. The other is a career problem child who couldn't seize the golden opportunity handed to him.

That is the key.

If I'm the team, I'll wait to hear about anything "more to the story". If there's not a very good reason, this is strike three and Randle is out.

The staff says there's more going on, and all the reporters know that but they aren't gonna let it stop them from reporting that Randle left after his demotion - oh wait, isn't he hurt? Can you be demoted when you can't practice?

Guy has right to be upset. Loyalty. Honor. Sacrifice.

He has no right. This is a perormance based system and, up until last Sunday, no one in our scatback by committee stable had distinguished themselves as being worthy of lead dog carries. DMC has done that and deserves the distinction of his first start. This is not about making Joseph Randle happy. It's about championships. Quite frankly, this behavior of his tells me all I need to know about his desire to be a good supportive teammate in that RB pool. Dude is a clown in my eyes...

Good job JR. The best way to not be a cancer is to not have it around. TY, a true Cowboys fan.

But Sunday was BY FAR the best run blocking we've had all year. Randle would've run great sunday, too. I'm not defending his actions (if this is even true how it's being reported), but McFadden didn't do anything special Sunday, the line was just great.

Trade?

Do you really think anyone else would sign up for some of this? Much less give up something for the right to do it?

Hey someone might have an extra pair of shoes, bag of peanuts, krispy cream doughnuts, you never now my man...

He is walking his way out to his car permanently.

Like I said before this guys talent isn't good enough to get this many passes.

When are we going to see that he is a cancer when he threw Dez under the bus after he stole what he stole that was it.

He isn't a team player and I still can't believe Dallas thought this guy was a guy to be the next back.

SMH

I really don't believe Dallas ever thought that, they were just stuck with him.

The team wanted to draft one (every back was invited for a visit) but the draft didn't fall like that.

McFadden was hurt most of camp so there was never really any competition for the spot, Randle essentially got it by default. If the team really believed he was the guy, we never would've traded for Michael in the first place.
