In 85 we did get creamed by Chicago, 44-0. Living here in Chicago, it was one of the worst games "I hate Chicago fans, yeah mom..."

The coolest thing about it though, after the Bears won the superbowl I had bet a friend that Dallas would win a superbowl before Chicago would ever get to one again:laugh1: !

No team that cannot dominate in the SB can be called a great team. One play difference and the Patsies LOSE all three of those SBs. What happens if they do not have maybe the best pressure FG of all time? Just a normal kicker? What other dynasty needed a FG KICKER to win their big games?

First off, if you knew anything about the Pats you would know this is how we won with the Belichick, Weis, and Crennel trio. Get out in front, let the defense take over. Only fight back if you have to. Make no mistakes. Let the defense handle it.

Weis left, Crennel left. But Weis taught everything he knew to Brady. And well, Belichick is the brains behind the defense. So coaches come and go, as long as we have Brady and Belichick we are quite fine, thank you very much.

I hear people saying we changed this year, but people are wrong, we changed LAST year. Top notch RB, speed WR (Jackson, what a bust). But the thought was there. Time to change, do things different.

So everything did not work out as planned, so bring in the big guns and make it happen. We want speed. Moss, Stallworth sounds good to me. Did Brady have a lot to do with it. I would think so.

The point, we have changed. The philosphy of the team has changed. Brady and Belichick have made the change. No more 3 point wins (but it worked didn't it??). Now it is big guns.

Will it work, darned if I know. But it will sure be more fun.

You have to face us this year. How about a very good OL, Moss on one side, Stallworth on the other, Welker in the slot, Watson coming out of the backfield, Maroney will take a pass or run. Well, it brings a smile to my face. Have fun and good luck.

But stop talking about 3 point wins. It was designed and it worked. But those days are past. I am sure you would be quite happy to have 3 SB's in 6 years with small wins. Beats zero wins.

Hey 5 Stars. I actually did see what they were doing. Not that I always agreed, but who am I. I am not the coach, and I am quite certain they did a better job than I would have ever done. Thowing the ball down the field is always more exciting, but it does not mean that you win.

A good offense, a very good defense is how we won. But teams started to figure us out. Yep. So, on to something new. We have Brady, so why not take advantage of him. When Weis was the OC, Brady was not the guy he is now. Brady is now ready to throw it down the field, but in the past never had the talent around him to do it. Short, controlled passes -- that was the name of the game. He talked to someone, that I am sure of, otherwise why the change??? It's just common sense. I am no rocket scientist, just common sense.

We may not win the Bowl, it is a very hard thing to do, but one thing I am sure of, we will be more fun to watch.

Me, I kind of liked the Bowls. But I give our team credit, what worked stopped working, and so on to somethiing else. May work, may not, but I don't think we will be talking about 3 point victories in the future. Darn though, Adam was great. Traitor.
