Gregory won't be around that long.
Took the words out of my mouth, have to assume he won't be here long-term.
Gregory won't be around that long.
Hopefully the next coach will be able to handle Jerry better.
There won't be a "next head coach" for a long time, sadly.
When Romo is done Garrett will either move to the front office or move to another team ......
Book it.
I hope you're right, but on the surface, it appears that Jerry has hitched his long-term wagon to Garrett.

To bad Gregory cares more about getting High than being Cowboy
This is what I think (except I think it's a good thing). It always surprises me to hear fans suggest he's short term. Jason has quite a bit of leash if the team doesn't fall apart around him, and I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Dude self medicates, he's bi-polar.

I dont think he is short term ........ I think he moves into the front office.
I think he will be (and paid like) defacto GM for Stephen Jones after Jerry leaves ....... they will make a new position about football operations and he will basically be the right hand of Jerry on the football side while Stephen runs the company and financial side.
I keep hearing that ....... does anyone have a link where a doctor says this?

A doctor can't, but certain media guys in Dallas put it out.
Sadly, the team completely fell apart around him last year. There's no denying the fact that any HC would struggle after losing his Pro Bowl QB, but I have to think that a better HC would have done better than winning 2 games without Romo (pretty sure it was 2, correct me if I'm wrong).
I actually heard this about him as far back as his days at Nebraska, granted, I've never read any actual evidence.
I was shocked how few games we won when Romo went down, because I really do think we've built a decent team, overall. But I wouldn't characterize that team as having quit on the coach by any stretch.
I did think of this after the Smith pick. Five 1st round talents in two drafts. 4 of the 5 being top 10 talents.
