The Philly fans are a dedicated lot. They have to be to keep watching a team that either sucks or chokes all of the time.

So I ask... at what point does dedicated eagles fan turn to dumb eagles fan? or is that a foregone conclusion....

Living in the past....again and again.

When was the last time the Cowboys won the Superbowl, like 95? It's giving me a headache just thinking about this. Over 10 years...are you kidding me?

I know the Eagles haven't won the Superbowl. But atleast they're in a lot better postion to do it now, then the Cowboys.

Are you serious??.....

Great teams are remembered by their history. thats sumthing that for one, the Eagles cannot be remembered for. Which makes em' not a great team haha. Now u've been talkin about present? ok.. Great teams also struggle, and the GREAT TEAM OF THE DALLAS COWBOYS has had a rough road lately. and the Eagles I will recognize have had better seasons lately than Dallas. But the fact is, Philly is in no way close to wut Dallas is in magnitude!! ur just one of the Bunch, Dallas is at the next category.

winning is everything, and Dallas should be back on the roll soon. when? i dunno...but our Greatness will forever prevail. Now...ur eagles have a long long road, they might not even ever accomplish anything...or win anything to even start a Dynasty!

Go Cowboys!! :star:

It would not shock me one bit if the eagles cut corners when constructing the new stadium.
You got that right.

The Eagles are one the cheapest organizations in the league.

Everybody points to them as a model organization in the salary cap era but I really think it has been thier drafts that have kept them competitive...not thier use of salary cap money.

In fact if you look at thier two biggest acquisitions in the salary cap era(Kearse and TO) they have been underwhelming to say the least.

That's why they are scared to spend money and that's why they are always so far under the cap.

In other words...tight wads!:star:

Year after year they would have $10 million plus cap space setting unused. Did not buy FA's, but more to the point- ans much worse for the team- they refused to use it to re sign their players- letting them go rather then paying them. Tell me what that does to a team. Then they throw all that money at McFlabb. Great move as regards team unity and purpose. Then they mess around and delay and string out re signing Westbrook, their only other legitimate offensive threat. Tell me what that signals from the front office.

It indirectly affected them last year with the whole TO controversy.

You got to ask yourself why would thier locker-room be divided?

It's because the front office has tried to treat every player the same as far as salary issues and will not bend at all when it comes to that.

Their are players in that locker-room who know or will know soon what they will have to deal with when thier contracts are ending, and some of them like Trotter know first hand what to expect.

They sympathized with TO last year(contract issues) and knew that losing a talent like TO was a big loss no matter what the headaches were with him on the team.

There is a reason McNabb is always smiling...he has been take care of.

So, 4-3 now? and sinking quicklike are the Iggles. Losing to a losing team. Maybe Tampa just unmasked a pretender.

The eagles won the "TO" bowl two weeks ago. I suppose they will be partitioning the league again this week wondering why they had to play 11 more games this season. They are the champs....

Defending "TO" bowl champs 0-2 after their victory.

GO IGGLES!

I've never seen a team that should be 7-0, lose these kind of games.

Between the Giants meltdown, Saints game that they should have won, and the Tampa game. It's just frustrating.

They will bounce back though. I really think they're going to blowout Jacksonville at home and then they have the bye.

Enjoy it now, it's not going to last.

ooo yea, how's your boy drew doing? I see a lot of fans turning on him already.

Cowboys fans and Skins fans do have that in common. Wait, I'm not talking about the Lombardi.

I'm talking about bringing up the past when the present sucks.

The Eagles do have a past, last time I checked. No, it must suck having to go into another decade to try and prove a point. You're failing miserably.

That's funny........last time I checked, we were on top of the divison.

You make no sense.

I live in South Philly. It's ok, I know you're a little slow. You're also from Cherry Hill, which is a laugh.

Yes, we lost to a good team. We'll win Sunday, so I'm not worried.

Yes, they should have beat them, you're right. Just like the Giants too. They should be 6-0, but they aren't. At 4-2, they can get only better, as they should. I'm not putting too much into the Cowobys win, just proving a point that fans around seem to forget. The Eagles are the better team.

The chronology of how you ctach athlete's tongue by sticking your foot in your mouth. Note the careful placement of the feet. Each statement removing one foot to insert the other.

The long term results of athlete's tongue? That's easy.

The Eagles have the toughest final month and a half of any team in the NFL. The Eagles are basically guranteed 3 losses in their last 6 games at best.

it better not, for your team's sake, dropping 2 games in a row is bad enough

and did Bledsoe roll around in soot and put on a #5 Eagle's jersey today? that was a very Bledsoe-esque performance by McNabb
