Whoosh. You missed the point.
Jacksonville has $65 million in cap space with a very young team. They are REQUIRED to spend most of that, which means they have to sign a ton of free agents. They'll probably just overpay players to get to that number.
Same for Oakland, Cleveland, Indy, NY Jets, Philly.......
Players won't sign here if they can get overpaid by rule elsewhere.
I think you are underestimating the volume of quality free agents in the market this year.
