The more I watch Odell, the more I get ticked off about Dez

Also have better coaching as well. At least receiving wise. Wonder what Dez would be like in that offense up there in NY.

Yeah, our whole team, from coaches to players are not as good as we might think, or want to believe.

I honestly can say with confidence we don't have a top 5 player at any position, except for maybe Smith.

So it sounds like his success is predicated on Romo and only Romo. That's saying he's just a product of the QB. Like Miles Austin or Laurent Robinson. Romo could function easily without Dez. But it seems Dez is having serious issues without Romo. And yes, a lot of it has to do with coaching and their inability to put us in a position to succeed.

Dez and every other WR in the history of football depends heavily on his QB's performance.

See Larry Fitzgerald's career path.

Dez is alright but there's a lot lacking in his game. I wonder what he'll be like when he's older and loses a lot of the explosiveness/athleticism he has now. Compared to his peers like Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, AJ Green all of those guys have much better route running ability. And the youngers like Odell, Hopkins, and Amari Cooper will continue to improve too.

Strange thing, all the names you mentioned seem waayyy above the name Dez. Also, is there another player besides Witten and McFar who stand out? On defense? Lads, trouble brews like a bad curry sauce

Dez would break all the receiving records if he played in NE. If they can make Edleman and Armendola look that good, I have no doubt Dez would be the top receiver playing in that system.

This. 1. Garrett and Linehan have to get more creative with this offense. It's boring and predictable.

2.Dez is playing like a guy who's missed significant time who's pressing and still not 100% over the broken foot. Even Romo wasn't sharp after he missed time. Remember Thanksgiving? He's making over 100M.
1.True but JG doesnt have it in him and L I dont know if he has the authority to make changes, I think he wanted to play moore but was ignored.
2.Dez was all about his contract in off season and showed up overweight and out of shape to camp, that led to the injuries, so mostly all that
is on him.
His foot is ok now and he is still playing lousy, and he has been back long enough.
I will say that the cowboys dont use him correctly, there are many things they could do but dont.

Dez is one of the top 5 WR in the NFL, he's been banged up and had lousy QB's throwning him the ball (remember Fitzgerald a couple of years back).
Sayind that, OBJ is awsome and alhough I hate that he plays for the Giants, he already is one of the other 4 best WR in the NFL.

Dez came into camp overweight? Lol. Please tell me you are joking. Dez came into camp in better shape then half of the other players on this team. Did you not watch his offseason workouts?
