Many of you will probably say that either the Saints or the Falcons game is the most dangerous game remaining for the Cowboys in 2006. Indeed, those games will not be a walk in the park, but the most crucial game is the one that will be played against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Personally, because not all Eagle fans feel the way I do on this subject, and I cannot speak for all Eagle fans, but ...I this that the Cowboys is the healthiest team in the NFC-East. But like most Cowboys fans, you probably think that the Eagles are finished without McNabb. Garcia is no McNabb, but he can deliver and is capable of closing games. CouPled with the fact that the Eagles still have a decent to strong defensive system along with it's Offensive wepons still in place.

One of the stones that could bring down goliath is penalties. Dallas is still making a disproportionate number of mental errors and mistake. If you underestimate the Eagles in December ...you may not come out victorious.

Now I expect you to disagree with this perspective, but at least try to demonstrate a logical argument. The Eagles are the most dangerous game the Cowboys have remaining in the 2006 Regular Season.

Garcia couldnt beat the Titans...granted, either could Peyton Manning. But the Eagles were struggling even WITH McNabb in there. Cowboys win by 10 at least.

Every Cowboy player will know that each and every team we will be planning (and have been playing for several weeks) are the most important/difficult games we will be playing. The Eagles will have their turn as the most important/difficult team we face after we've played NO & Atlanta then comes the Eagles. I assure you no Cowboy fan nor hopefully any member of the Cowboy teams will be overlooking and underestimating the Eagles but I bet you wish they were.

We've haven't forgotten what the Eagles did to us in Philly and there's been a red circle around the date of this game since the schedule came out. I'm sure the Cowboys are looking forward to this game in Dallas.

mmmKay...

Well, let's pretend we win the next two games.

You won't be that dangerous then will you?

We'll be assured a playoff spot....and, the Lions will be our next game...likely playing for the East.

If this is true then our schedule is a cakewalk.

Philly will be tough, even with JGar at QB. Remember, it's a divisional game, and Philly will be fired up. I don't know if it's the most dangerous, but it will be quite tough.

Dallas will come to play and avenge the lost opportunites of October. This team is fighting for a bye, Philly will be trying to avoid a losing record.

good grief, you beat a one dimensional panthers team and now you are winning the east again?

Whatever.

Please go back and watch that game against carolina again. This was the last home game that mattered to the eagles, this was their last stand, national tv etc.

The Commanders are a bad matchup for you, the eagles can not stop the run and that is all washington does. Washington is the anti carolina, they will run it continuosly.

I understand your excitement about beating carolina, but you now have three road games. You play three teams that are balanced offensively.

The biggest strike you have against you is jeff garcia. He looked pretty good monday, but he will not scare any of the next three teams with his weak arm. Garcias arm will hold u back.

If the giants lose this sunday against carolina you will have a good shot at getting in, but if the giants win, regardless of what you do your chances are very slim.

I can not see under any circumstance your eagles winning in NY or Dallas. You match up extremely poorly with the giants and Dallas is as hot a team as their is, who by the way match up very well against your team.

Good luck to you, but unless chris weinke beats the giants this week I think your chances are slim. I am not even sure you can beat the jason campbell led skins this week because of their physical nature.

How in the world do you come up with the 6-6 Eagles without McNabb being more dangerous than the 8-4 Saints with Brees playing career ball?

The Colts ran over your defense like it wasn't even there. The only reason Carolina didn't is because they have no running game, and Delhome is pick happy this year. The Saints defense ain't all that either, but their offense absolutely dwarfs yours.

Your like a Commander fan, one fluke win against a declining team and suddenly you're having delusions of grandeur.

You are going to make that record 6th Super Bowl trophy very satisfying. That's six more championships than Philadelphia....and TO will win one as a Dallas Cowboy! Your universe is bonkers right now isn't it.

You are right. I disagree.

:lmao:

Philly has three games left against divisional rivals.

By the time we play them, they'll be either finished, or waiting with hands tied behind their backs for the guillotine to fall.

I fear every team remaining on the schedule in a "Any Given Sunday" kind of way. Every team is capable of beating the very best.

However, from a realist standpoint, I do not fear the Eagles at all.
