Pull up the Chiefs roster for the last two years and see some of the players who now own Super Bowl rings. Former Cowboys TE Blake Bell for example.

No player has left any other team and come to Dallas and made it to a NFCCG in nearly 1/3 of a century.

Dont know why any of those guys would sign an extension/contract with Dallas knowing full well they will never win anything with the current ownership...its sad how many great players since 95 that have wasted their career with Dallas...very sad...

He went to a better team with a better GM, better coaching and got paid more. I give him 2 thumbs up. Most fans on this forum were saying he was just a guy. Sounds like a smart man to me. I begrudge him nothing. We didn't want him or we would have retained him.

All true, players have to leave cowboy's (under Jerry's rule ) to get a shot at a ring .

There have been many great players come through Dallas over the last 30 years, many of which are either in the HOF or are going, yet have not reached a CG in Dallas…which means TWO wins short of a championship, which should be the goal.

They fall short because of inferior coaching. Jerry wants puppets so he can be a celebrity and do things his way, and that’s that. Not a news flash.
