Now that seems more realistic. The one sent out before that had Golden State less than half a billion behind the Cowboys was BS.

I would almost bet money on Yankees if I had to. They have 162 games in baseball. I see Yankees gear everywhere, no matter which city I am in.

Lakers gear is everywhere too. NBA has 72 game seasons.

New York and LA are two huge markets.

No doubt there is Cowboy gear every city I go to as well. DFW is a large market. But NFL only has 17 games.

I dont understand the math. I guess its from TV deals?

do you know what terrifies Jerry Jones? going broke, I watched a clip where he said that going broke scares him even though he's worth billions. That is the reason he runs the organization the way he does, and you can see it in the organization.

It does not matter how much the team or Jerry is worth.

He still MUST operate the roster within the salary cap set by the NFL. Along with the other 31 teams.

Back to your melt downs.
The context of this post isn't about that. It's simply giving the value of the team. Jerry isn't even the richest owner in the league.

Fluff. Garnish. Not really important. Kind of like the parsley on the plate of a fine steak dinner. All NFL owners are rich and making millions each season. But this is about FOOTBALL. Winning football. That should be the primary focus.

Can you imagine how much the franchise would be worth if they won a SB or two since the '95 season?
It is a question that is inherently contradictory for the long running 'it's all about greed' argument. Greater on-the-field success would only increase the franchise's net worth. Jerry Jones knows this. Yet, he has never seriously contemplated new and different managerial philosophy, planning and direction that might possibly net greater on-the-field success. He has voluntarily and knowingly dismissed opportunities for making hundreds of millions (or perhaps billions) more for over a generation.

Any good businessperson understands management is replaceable in order to attain set financial goals. Pink-slipping managers is an everyday workplace occurrence around the world.

For all the criticism thrown at him, Jerry Jones is unquestionably an excellent businessperson. So, why is it that Jones has not replaced himself and his number one DNA kid for a chance at greater NFL success--and overall financial profit--during the past three decades?

Well, the logical answer has absolutely nothing to do with greed, lol.

The Teams financial worth doesn't do it for me. Playoff wins and super bowl championships however do it for me.

A salary cap he helped to usher in yet he is too stupid to navigate.
