how is washington up there? stadium is a dump... remember being able to smoke right in front of mickey spagnolas press box no one gave a crap
thats just it dallas is only ahead by 3 billion over those other nfl teams, and that is due to the value of the stadium, ( which also makes more on home games more seats).
Also the value of the crap in frisco, star etc.

If wash or giants etc built a brand new super stadium they would then be right there with dallas at 9 bil or so.

Jerrys no genius , you can see right there alot of teams worth 6 billion without a stadium.
Jerry is just a scrooge and squeezes every penny out of fans . He works hard with sponsors and at the expense of the team .

Owning a nfl team , is going to make you a billionaire no matter if your smart or dumb.

A salary cap he helped to usher in yet he is too stupid to navigate.
I think the owners originally intended for the cap to keep player salarys down . Also for the new tv $ to pay all of the salarys.
But then they let them start manipulating it and thing have gotten worse.

Some guys making too much, and most of the players not making enough.

jerry (like most owners) is greedy by nature and that messes them up in the cap area.
