Great draft class for QBs but still surprised Maye did not go #1.

No, he couldn't have hired any of them. They all had options, no coach with options is coming to Dallas to work under the thumb of the league's worst GM and his bozo son. We're stuck with retreads and guys no one else would hire until there is management change.

The New England Patriots Executive Vice President of Player Personnel is Eliot Wolf.

Yes, he is the son of former GM Ron Wolf.. Eliot Wolf took the position right after Bill Belichick retired. Wolf is considered the de facto GM.

Whereas Belichick was known to target specific players, Wolf tend towards "best player available".

Wolf is obviously rebuilding the offense. In the 2024 draft seven of eight draft picks were on offense including two QB's Maye and Milton.

In the 2025 draft his first three picks were on offense.

The only Patriot 1st round picks still on the team are the three from the drafts 2023-2025.
