I just rewatched it. That was a horrible call to negate Terrell's first catch. The contact could've gone either way. He made contact with the DB that was going to get beat anyway on that crossing route. Fasano was running a patter that cut right in front of the DB.

And that is illegal, it is the old pick play, you cannot make contact with the defender following the other receiver. The play is designed to try and run the 2 defenders into each other. This is the 2nd time this year Fasano has been called for this.
