Couple quick thoughts:

It's supposed to be Feb. 24th, not 25th. I have a hard time reading calenders I guess. So plan on Feb. 24th (Saturday). I'll be posting another thread once we have all participants lined up.

Co-GMing a team is fine if you can't make all three dates.

Anyone below 500 posts will still be considered. I remember brewers47 from last year so we'll reserve a spot for you as well.

Once we have 32 people lined up, we'll assign some teams for this first go-around.

I will also be available for all drafts, but if we fill up and others want the thrill, I could do dual gm-ing as well, but I would be like Jerry Jones, the one that listens to input but ultimately has the final say.

Thanks for the recap Avery. I just thought others might join up if they saw how many spots were open. It's weird cause last year the spots went so quickly, this year not so much so. Must be this coaching search.

We only have 21 so far with Gollum being added. No one else is interested?

Perhaps it's too early for some. If that's the case, then we'll just go with 21 for now and some will have extra teams. As the draft nears, I'm betting more will want to participate.

We'll close registration for this first mock draft Saturday morning at 12:01 am.

Well, it's almost midnight Cindarella, guess a few of you will have two teams this first go-around.

I'm predicting more will be game for future drafts the closer to April we get.

I like having multiple drafts because it shows how some players can rise or fall leading up to the actual draft.

Do we have a projection as to when we will finish with the draft on Feb 24th? Michael Irvin will be speaking at my church in the evening and I was hoping to get a picture of my 1 year old son with him. If we get done too late I can go on Sunday but it's going to be very busy and chances of getting a picture might be slim and none.

Oh, I would imagine it won't last over 90 minutes. Provided everyone is ready to draft and doesn't use the full five minutes each time, I think you'll have plenty of time.

I'll be updating shortly and you'll receive your teams for this first draft. Remember that some people will receive two teams due to a shortage this first go-around.
