Coaching with "passion" is overrated. Yeah it's a nice added bonus but there are plenty of rah-rah coaches out there who can't coach a lick.

I want a coach who is above average when it comes to the Monday--Saturday process. Someone who can recognize opponents' weaknesses and is adept at exploiting said weaknesses.

That's what the Cowboys are missing the most. Knowledgeable coaching.
