The official hang Bledsoe thread

Can't blame them. I cried when they decided to bench Ramsey. :lmao:

Good one. I wish the Jets would trade Ramsey back to them and then we trade them Bledsoe and Romo for Brunell and Campbell.

Question.

If Quincy Carter were to suddenly die of a drug overdose, would people still be bitter about Parcells kicking him off the team?

Next question.

If a bear has a roll of TP, would anyone know if he took a **** in the woods?

These are very disturbing questions. :(

disturbing indeed

Hooskins... no offense to you because I think you mean fairly well... but this is a Cowboys board and noone wants other fans chiming in on what our team should do... that's for us to debate and for you to privately chuckle at our insecurities.

It is also the reason I would never join another team's forum... because what your team does or doesn't do doesn't matter to me a bit. You should be relishing the opportunity to feast upon our deficiencies not offering advice that isn't wanted. It's cool to have an opinion but express it on your own board.

That being said... the Commanders are in for a beating and a half on Sunday. Count on it.

For all the Q bashing... he was undefeated I believe against the Skins. Quincy had his moments here make no mistake.

You ever heard of Danny White fever, he had more than his share of 4 int days and that was after Sir Roger handed him the keys to a race car. Dexter Manley and LT loved playing against Sir Fanny White, the man who was 0-4 in NFC Championship games while driving the sports car.

I dont know Kartr....but I agree with alot of your posts....

Danny White was never one of my favorites....I thought he was just a average QB.

Oh Crap!

I just went to NFL.com, pulled up Bledsoe and there is absolutly nothing there.

:lmao2:

What do you think that means?

And Q never threw 3 ints with a decent running game. If Q played as poorly as Bledsoe with Glenn and TO and a pro bowler in Witten instead of a rookie TE, plus backs like Julius and Barber, I shudder to think what this board and the Dallas media would be saying about him.

Can you imiagine what Aikman could have done with that team?

QC was the best thing to happen to the NFL...people just don't realize it...

He was a leader and a master at his craft...

Rule #1 of the internet: Guys that brag about their jobs in the internet very rarely actually have a job worth bragging about.

Did you make up that rule yourself or did your mommy help you? No bragging on my job, just fact.

If it's more than 5 bucks you're ripping them off.

Who gives a crap about Danny Whites picks. What is your point? What does it have anything to do with TODAY? The now. The present.

I'm not ripping anyone off, I'm a do it all type, sort of McNabbesque. The point about Danny Whites' picks for you youngsters is that Danny had more 4 int days than any qb in Cowboy history and it seemed that Bledsoe was trying to break his record and came damn close too. I guess it will have to wait until we play our next quality defensive team.

Come on be serious. Quincy didn't play long enough in his careeer to have a 3 interception game with a good rushing attack. He probably would have had one if he played long enough. Most QBs will have an off day eventually when the team is having a successful rushing attack. Now, I don't think Dallas had a decent running game yesterday. They had a good TD run, but it was an inconsistent rushing attack. Same as it has been for the last few years. It is not the kind of rushing attack that you can count on, but still no excuse for Drew's first two INTs and other poor throws.

Quincy played with an inconsistent rushing attack during his career and had threw 3 interception games during that time.

Quincy failed as a player. Time to move on. The guy didn't have the mental fortitude to succeed.

Carter scored 17 points against the 2006 Ravens? I don't think so scooter.

Yet another useless attempt to spin doctor lemonade out of a lemon.

Who else was throwing the ball in that game. Carter had a qb rating of 85 in that game and it was a close loss to a good defensive team, the same one that beat the Cowboys 30-7 with Vinny and Drew, the supposed upgrades over Carter. The Jets only lost that game because of the play-calling of their numb-skull offensive coordinator and the fact their defense took the day off.
Spin that.

He can't. QC made sure of that. He set it in stone, nailed the coffin shut and drove a stake through it. Burned it, Stomped it, crapped on it, fried it, spit on it, kicked it, threw it, ignored it, lost it, beguiled it, treated it like shhh it,
laughed at it, cried at it, lied at it, pondered about it, wondered about it, and finally, certainly not lastly....made the wrong choice about it.

And you claim logic to be your strong point?:laugh2:

Let me say it real slow for you. Carters' Jet team scored 17 points against the same team that Chris simms scored zero points on. Carter played well against that team and Chris Simms played like crap. Gruden thought about signing Carter, but decided to go with Simms and now he's got crap all over his face.

If you are going to spend you life living in the past at least pick a better year to live in. Perhaps 2003 when Quincy was the QB of the Cowboys and in the playoffs. Not 2004 when Quincy blew his chance with the Cowboys. Then with the Jets when he decided it was better to do whatever it was he was doing off the field instead of enjoying his chance to be a starter for a playoff team. The guy blew it. I rooted for the guy and hoped he could be the Cowboys long term answer at QB. I am glad I am not like you and made him my hero. Bad choice on your part.

Against the 2006 Baltimore Ravens, Quincy Carter had an 85 QB rating?

That's your story and you're sticking to it?

I got a thousand bucks that says he didn't. To take the bet we have to agree to send the money to an impartial 3rd party.

Got nads?
