Yes. I want a DC who has his player playing aggressively. I don't want him allowing soft coverages on 3rd and 10. I also want real LBs who play aggressive and hit people. Enough with these undersized LBs and safeties.

And whoever told Mazi Smith to lose all that weight needs to be fired asap.

This defense needs a rebuild. We have talent in the secondary, now we need talent up front besides Micah Parsons.

LOL@all these threads!! Man, we are now in meltdown mode!! But to keep with the theme of this thread, Quinn has been very disappointing!! I wouldn't be opposed to him leaving now.

Not sure what the fans are expected to do after THE TEAM melted down right before our eyes embarrassingly. Don't really blame them.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him just fade out of the conversation for HC. His D faded badly down the stretch.

Quinn leaving certainly wasn't my preference before this game, but now I'm not really worried if he were to land a head coaching gig elsewhere. However, he's going to have to answer a lot of questions to be hired.

Besides being thin at LB, I think one of the biggest problems is how far off he has dbs playing. Get up to the line and slow the WR routes, plug running lanes, etc. Has to make those adjustments and play physical.

I'm good with Quinn leaving. He had a very good run. But, he built a front-running defense that was dependent on the offense having momentum and a lead.

We need a young coach who can innovate. Not going to argue for us to extend Dak. No more tying yourself to Dak anymore. Just have to entrust your scouting department.
