Well, see…McCarthy brought in Mike Nolan as his first choice. But that’s what you’re getting when McCarthy is your top choice.

We will get no one that doesn’t allow Jerry to be the guy who takes all the credit in the end. Losing his way is better than winning any other way.

We may not win for a very long time and will likely get worse before better.

I just wonder exactly how many HOF players will never see as much as a CG because he refuses to hire a real coach that may take some credit.

Stops and starts with Jerry’s ego and he will absolutely, no doubt, die on that hill…literally.

He honestly doesn’t deserve another one and isn’t getting it. He isn’t as close as he thinks.

I get that. I'm just not sure of what I'd want to do. I wouldn't fit with any other team imo. Especially with my suit and fursona the way they are. As for Jerry, I'm fully aware of him and all that. I just, well, can't leave this team. It just doesn't fit with any other team with how my fursona and suit are, which are reflective of who I am.

I would get a regular 3 linebacker group and maintain a regular group in the secondary that Dallas already has a good group. Don't allow the current group just to get old and too expensive due to needs. I want some bite to go with the speed. A DT such as Donaldson in the middle, would change everything up front and middle of the field.

Exactly. There were so many running plays allowed simply because our LBs don't attack the LoS in the correct hole. Not just tonight...

There’s no such thing as bend don’t break. If you bend, you break. Defense needs to be aggressive and tough. Think of any good defense. That’s the only successful MO
 
There are a lot of overrated people on this team...including players, coaches, personnel, etc. Dan Quinn might be the MOST overrated. Before becoming Dallas DC in 2021, he only had TWO years experience as a DC in the NFL and that was with a Seattle defense that was stacked with talent. He is not qualified to outscheme opponents and his lack of experience as a coordinator shows it.

Quinn is the modern day equivalent of Dave Wannstedt, who owed his career to being on Jimmy's staff (same with Quinn and Pete Carroll).
 
Clark big disappointment. Jabril Cox Devin Harper both drafted at LB so of course both are cuts before game one . Add the names Sam Williams and Mazi Smith on D and drafting is looking shaky .
 
Dan Quinn is a fraud, developed a defense set up to do nothing but rely on pass rush. Cannot stop the run and cannot cover if the rush doesn’t get home. This is 2 years running, dude needs to go, *** clown as a DC
 
MM is on his last yr of his contract . Could make him coach for his job next season no extension . No extension for 4 either
 
Dak was bad and the defense was bad and I am not sure Micah Parsons even played today. I saw one holding call (finally).

The opposing QB had a perfect QB Rating (158.3)
Something that had only been done twice before in
playoff history. Their RB had 115 yards. So, I'm gonna
blame him a lil' bit...lol

Still, the reason for the loss lies with the QB, mostly.
 
This thread is crazy, I understand the defense disappeared when we played good teams and we got blown out.
However, we were missing our #2 player on Defense almost the entire season. Overshown apparently was a costly
injury as well. Teams in this situation usually don't
even make the playoffs let alone win their division holding opponents to 18.9 a game.

Let's say Ferguson is the #2 player on Offense, how would have our Offense done with Ferg out all year? lol
