Holy heck it’s been 2 weeks guys. Gallup hasn’t even played yet.

You cannot make this claim now lol. Wait until the season is over before you analyze a trade/cut winner and loser. Shoot, takes a few more years than that but it’s clear patience is not a part of this forums culture lol.

Cooper had a few great seasons with us but no one seems to be talking about that. Some players just wear out their welcome on rosters for reasons we will never know since we are not there.

Should we have traded Coop? No, probably not. Does two games mean he is going to instantly become a 1,500 yard receiver with Jacoby Brisset under center? No, probably not.

People forget Coop had an all-time year here immediately after traded from the Raiders. I’ve said all along you can’t judge him by his ‘revenge year.’ That wasn’t the problem. Long-term consistency was the issue.

What people should be mad about is that Coop reduced his contract for the Browns, not the Cowboys. Did we try? Did he not budge? What’s the story on that.

Cooper was supposed to take Dallas to the next level. He didn't. But let's continue blaming Dak. Amari fans honestly think Jerry wanted to keep paying this guy $20 million per season when CeeDee was outplaying/perfoming him? He would only come to practice when he felt like it. No Covid vaccine. Why do you think he's now on his 3rd NFL team at the age of 28? The man has head problems.

Get over your man crushes. It's not like teams were lining up to acquire Mr. Wonderul. That's why he's with the depleated Browns & ranked att #30 while Lamb is ranked at #8. PLEEZ!

You must have missed the 2017 and the first half of 2018. Funny how game one looked so similar to those seasons. Cooper got Dak his contract that’s elevation.

Cooper played in 15 games last year and only went over 80 yards 3 times.

Maybe part of it was that Dak went to Schultz and Lamb a lot, but still...

Gallup is nothing more than a Laurent Robinson 2.0. A guy who looks good because of another legit #1 WR taking the attention where he can run free. Gallup without Cooper will be nothing. You can legit find a Gallup on any team. You can't find a Cooper on every team. One influences everyone on the field and defenses are scared of. The other is the opposite. He scares no one.

Gallup and Lamb will be 100% exposed for being #3 talent WRs without Cooper.

How many DBs do you think were guarding Cooper?

Gallup wins 1-on-1 matches. I'm not saying he's a world-beater, but he's definitely capable of holding his own against man-coverage.
