Who is the one player you want the most to stay a cowboy for his career? Many will say Romo, Ware or Witten. I agree but im going to go in a different direction.

I wouldnt want Felix Jones to play for another team. If i thought there was any chance Witten or Romo go to another team i might change my choice but i dont think theyll ever play for another team.

Because felix is so young its hard to tell just yet if he'll play for someone else but id be sick if he did hes just so explosive.

You won't find many RB's who've stayed with the same team their entire career as fast as they decline. I remember how difficult it was watching Emmitt in Cardinal colors. With free agency and a salary cap it's rare for any player to stay with the same team their entire career. At some point a players skills start to diminish and teams have to make a decision and alot of times it comes down to money. If I had to pick one player to stay a Cowboy their entire career I would go with Ware. I would say he has the best chance to stay in Dallas his entire career.

Most people are saying Ware, Witten and Romo, and I completely agree with this. I also agree with Flo, although he's had his ups and downs. I remember when he and Soloman Page would do their laps grumbling about the organization. etc. But, the guy nobosy's mentioned is Ratliff so far. I think Jay Ratliff also exemplifies what it means to be a Dallas Cowboy. Maximum effort 100% of the time, humble, a great family guy and he's an excellent team mate.

I'd like Ratliff to also but the TC said pick one.

Tony Romo for sure. Quarterback is the most important, and hardest, position on the team to replace and I'm not looking forward, at all, to the day that he hangs it up.

Besides Romo, Witten, and Ware....

....Ratliff, Choice, Jones.

All great players. All humble cats with awesome attitudes. If you watch any felix jones interviews, he just seems like a really nice, cool guy (plus he watches Family Guy). I LOVE choice's hype-factor. I REALLY hope he gets more playing time. You can just tell he's HUNGRY LIKE A WOLF! Ratliff is just a MONSTER! Seems to be really cool, plus he's a friend of mine. Well...on Facebook (lol).

Romo.

Put the likes of Campbell, Eli and McNabb in there, and Cowboys would be 6-10 at best.

Marion Barber...he's a beast! Cut down his role and use him as needed..to win games.

Its interesting to see everyone mention Ware but only a few have said Witten. I would think he would be the first on everyone's list.

When you can only pick one, the TE (even an awesome one like JWitt) isn't generally going to be the choice.
