Every game there will be penalties. We did OK today in that category.

My biggest complaint is how Felix is returning kicks. He's dancing around WAY WAY too much instead of picking a route and turning on the jets. I thought his returns tonight were very poor.

Its not that bad for me but I do fing myself looking for the little yellow flag tag on the screen all the time. I am still amazed at how many times during the course of a game, Romo has to overcome other peolpe's mistakes. I'd love to see a stat at how many series' of downs he had to get more than 10 yards for a 1st down and his percentage of success.

For sure, but he still seems pretty hesitant to go full speed - can't blame him. I think our kick return unit is the worse unit of all special teams. Looks like Felix is setting up/looking for blocks and he's not getting them because I always see opposing teams getting through to him at the 20. If Felix had an open lane he would be gone quicker than you think I just think that the blocking is poor and he's just trying to get past the 20 most of the time.

Philly committed more penalties and they were at home... I think Dallas will be OK, this year the penalties are down for them.

Felix just isn't a good kick returner, I think the patience he shows when running the ball from scrimmage makes him a poor returner. It wasn't just this game that it happened in.

It's like that for every team in every game every week. If you see a big play, you sit there and wait for the flag to come. Like the Eagles TD on the kickoff. Boneheaded mistakes are inevitable regardless of the team.

During and after every big play I'm repeating out loud " No flags, no flags, no flags..."

Like "no whammeys" in that stupid old game show or something.
