from what I have seen LA has been fine...I think LA is being compared to the LA of old and not his peers which is not fair...LA has been the steadiest performer on the Offense

Zaxor he is has been steady on pass blocking and a complete faailure on run blocking he miss to many guys he mis read blocks etc in the run game if you watch game film he is the problem on the left side for running plays not Tucker. Tucker gets crap because he struggles with speed guys getting Bledsoe sacked so people are turning a blind eye on Larry.

Larry does not deserve his Pro-Bowl he got he has played like crap overall this year.

Newman does deserve the Pro-Bowl; as well as Roy but no offensive player on this team deserve the Probowl

Roy Williams deserves to go to the Pro Bowl and Terence Newman probably deserves to go, although before he was injured, I felt Henry was the best Cornerback on the squad.

If you can name 2-3 Guards playing better than Larry Allen, then Allen doesnt deserve to go, if you cannot, then he deserves to be there.

Thanks Mike that is what I am saying...LA may not be the LA of old but he is still better than most guards in the league

Newman and Bledsoe are worthy of going....I guess Henry would of been another candidate but he got hurt.

Roy williams is a 50/50 in my opinion. He makes game changing plays but also burns us on others. But overall yes he also deserves going.

Same with LArry Allen.....

There is only one player that deserves to go, and that is The Newspaper. He's been playing excellent, and definitely has his confidence back from the injury last season.

I just can't agree with Henry being the best CB on the team before his injury. Your falling into the same trap that most everyone else is. Henry had more Ints, but also more tackles, and actually still has more tackles than Newman does. I don't want my CB making tackles, it means hes letting people catch balls consistently.

T-New has been good but stats are not as good as his previoous year's. Could it be due to the 3-4 Defense or the New CB's? Still not PB level,

2003 tackles 66.0 Assist 10 Sacks 1 Int 4

2004 tackles 64.0 Assit 4 Sacks 0 Int 4

2005 tackles 46 Assist 2 Sacks 1 Int 3 (2games to go)

Drew Bledsoe. Yep, that's what I said, Drew Bledsoe, straight from the President of the Drew Bledsoe Basher's Club. Compared to other players at the same position he deserves it more than any other Cowboy this year.
Take away McFlabbs gift to Roy and he hasn't done anything but dive at people's feet this year, oh and a few horse collars. Larry Allen? Are you kidding me?

CrazyCowboy loves Roy Williams, however, if I had to vote fairly--Yes

Drew Bledsoe made the Cowboys what they are this year......8-6 thus far and deserved the pro bowl over Vick IMO!

It's not fair to judge him solely on stats. If you look at this year, his tackles are significantly lower. That means either two things: He's not being thrown at or he doesn't make tackles when he should.

I prefer the former because I've seen more passes thrown at Henry then at Newman.

Newman's stats are better this season than in his previous years --

2003 -- 39 catches allowed, 580 yards allowed, one TD allowed

2004 -- 47 catches allowed, 568 yards allowed, seven TDs allowed

2005 -- (16-game projection) 32 catches allowed, 352 yards allowed, zero TDs allowed

It is called Tivo I have rewatched and charter a lot of the oline play the last 3 games.

AL and Larry are the two main culpruits in the running game. It is not AL miss block he actually makes the right read most of the time AL just has LB shed him to make tackles.

Allen in the running game blows assignments whiffs on almost every pull he does and allows more pentration in the running game and also allows a lot of players to split the double team. This has to do with Allen being off balance a lot when allen has to fire out now days he stumbles etc and even falls down a lot. Where in the passing game he just has to hold his ground and he can just use his strength to maul people which he gets away with as a guard.

There is a reason Allen has not been moved to LT like we would have done in his prime because Tucker is a better LT now then he is which is scarry. Tucker should not be playing Tackle he will never make a great tackle he is a guard playing out of poistion he is the best run blocker of the group we have and would be a better pulling guard he would be consider agile for a guard but is not agile or have the quick feet to be a really good Tackle. If you move Tucker inside he becomes a quality linemen if you leave him at tackle you have a coaching staff trying to make a round peg into a square hole.

Allen should be cut this offseason and if everyone just thinks Allen is still the best linemen left since Flo's injury then he should be moved to the tackle spot.

I am tired of peopel living off Allen past he is now past his prime and one of the reason's the oline is so bad. Everyone gives Tucker crap when the coaches have him playing in the wrong poistion and giving a rookie late round pick that is above his head a lot of grief when you knew those guys would struggle. Yet Everyone turns a blind eye to Allen becaus ehe has given medicore play :bang2:. I am now on the offical anti -allen war path now he does not deserve the Pro-Bowl or the while he has played solid for us this year no he has not Allen nneds to go.

How Newman didnt make it, I'll never know. And Larry Allen certainly deserved it, despite our poor O-Line play, he has played his best football in 5 years.

Just because a guy has alot of tackles doesnt mean he is letting receivers catch on him. Henry was solid in run support before he got hurt. I believe it was the game against the Chargers where the guy was just a tackling machine in run support and came away with like 7-8 tackles.

-----------------------------------------------------
Barber 75 tackles, 5 Ints
Hall 61 tackles, 5 Ints
Vasher 44 tackles, 8 Ints
-----------------------------------------------------
Henry 47 tackles, 3 Ints

Henry doesnt have anymore tackles then the 3 Pro Bowl Cornerbacks, except for Vasher.

Before he got hurt, he was playing at a Pro Bowl level and no doubt was the best in the Secondary at a particular time.
