The only Dallas Cowboy quarterback to win at Lambeau field was Romo

Just to add Romo gets up for games against the pack...even though it was a home game...he had a great game against Farve and the Pack to secure home field in 07. One of those games the media seems to forget regarding Romo...

Packers are way easier to beat for us then Detroit was.

Media has to hype the game because they want to earn some money.

So i say keep it real please. In the end it will be an easy win for us.

GO COWBOYS!!!!

I was in attendance at the Sunday night game whe we beat the Packers a few years ago in Green Bay. It was a great win and a fun weekend.

I surprised my son for his birthday by taking him to the game in 2004 (which fortunately is in October and not Decemberrr). Although we got crushed 41-20 (with Vinny at QB), it was a great trip. Prior to the game we ran into Jerry and Stephen and got pictures in the Packers Hall of Fame in the basement of the stadium. The stadium was recently renovated and the Jones boys were getting ideas for their new stadium. We spent a lot of time in and around the stadium and while we got some good natured comments from Packers fans, we never felt threatened (like I have in Philthy). I highly recommend that every football fan tries to make a pilgrimage to the tundra (but early in the season before it is frozen).

That is right he is used to the weather up there.

It's been years since he played up there he's not use to it anymore. He looked like he was freezing to death vs the Steelers back in Dec of 08. For some reason Romo decided not to wear sleeves and kept having to run over to the heater on the sidelines to warm his arms up. He better be wearing sleeves on Sunday the last weather report I heard was it's suppose to be 10-15 degrees which is down from the 23 degree forecast a couple of days ago. The wind chill could be below zero.

Are you serious? Of all the playoff teams in the NFC this is the toughest match up for the Cowboys. Their defense doesn't match up well with the Packers. Rodgers is a much better QB than Stafford and the Packers have brutalized teams at Lambeau this season. The Cowboys secondary is the weakness of the team and if Rodgers is on his game he'll shred the Cowboys defense. There's a chance he may not be on his game with his calf injury keeping him out of practice most of this week. If the Cowboys can apply some pressure forcing him to have to move around it gives them a chance. Another problem is Eddie Lacy who ran all over the Cowboys last season for 141 yards. He's a real load to bring down and can wear down a defense. This is a game that if the Cowboys fall behind like they did to Detroit the Packers will win by at least 2 scores. I see no way the Cowboys rebounding from a 14 point deficit at Lambeau facing Rodgers. It's going to be critical the Cowboys get off to a good start and not fall behind or it will be a long day.

Yea, the game I attended was in late September, so the tundra was far from frozen. LOL One of the guys I use to work with is from Wisconsin and is a Packer's season ticket holder. He invited me to the Dallas game. We drove up to Chicago and stayed there Friday night and drove on to Green Bay Saturday morning. We toured the stadium, ate at Brett Favre's steakhouse (consumed quite a few beverages also). We tailgated the afternoon before the game (it was a Sunday night game). One thing that was great was that the Packers were celebrating their all time great players at halftime and all of the players (Hornug, Starr, etc.) walked right by us while we were tailgating. Like I said, it was a great weekend that ended up with our only win at Lambeau. I love the fact that I got to experience that live.

Troy played most games against the pack in Dallas. I remember holmgen freaking out about the schedule makers always having the packers - Cowboys games in Dallas. We lost in Green Bay when they were at their peak and the Cowboys were falling apart.

During the peak years Troy would have won in green bay

I remember beating them like 21-something on 7 Boniol FGs in 1996.

Oh wait, that was home. Never mind.

I would of have sworn Jason Garret beat the Pack at Lambeau. I guess that was at Dallas.

Jason Garrett was the QB on Thanksgiving Day against Green Bay so that was in Dallas. Also won in 1999 in Dallas. George Teague had a pick 6 that put that one away when Green Bay was driving.

Haven't the Packers lost a few home playoffs recently? This is doable.

Rodgers is just 1-2 at home in the playoffs. The one win was against a Minnesota team who had to go to their backup Joe Webb just hours before the game.
