He is in the loop on management and evaluations also. He doesn't fly blind and has always supported imput and step progressive evaluations. He seeks outside inputs as well. Not a blind fool.

That is a team approach and his talent levels over the past ten seasons has been very strong. No, he has shown up but not taken the successful playoffs, but should have won the game against Green Bay and been in the NFC Championship.

I will always lay the majority of the blame on the players, we have talent those guys in my opinion just aren’t interested in winning, money is what they want, but they can’t seem to get it in their minds that with winning comes more money

A late 3rd ain't worth it. If you miss on your RB or Wr because they were taken before you in the first. Need another second. You give Jerry extra picks, he takes too many stupid reaches. If this was the Eagles front office, I would have no problem.

Adding a RB and a WR will not make a difference when Barkley is rushing for 250+ yards a game.

If you can't compete in your own Division you may as well forget about the playoffs.

The obstacle in the way is Philly. A WR and a RB is not fixing that problem.
