Stevenson and Elliott which means if you bet that Deuce Vaughan or any of the Cowboys backup RBs to have more production this season than Zeke now is the time to back out of that bet. Stevenson the RB1 but Zeke is looking at 150-200 touches easily. More if Mac Jones doesn't get a lot better this year.

Just sayin..
If someone is dumb enough to give the loser Zeke 150 to 200 touches, thats on them. His averages will be pathetic like they always are.

Stevenson will definitely make Zeke look like the chump he is. Pollard again will make Zeke look like a clown.

Ill definitely take Deuce and yard per carry average. He wont get 200 carries, that would be stupid.

Dowdle may not even last that long, but I have no doubt he can average more than the horrid 3.8 ypc that the horrid Zeke did last year.

Zeke will be motivated and rejuvenated at the start of the season but about a month of hauling that head around and he'll look like the same washed up veteran with dead legs.
And instead of being in one of the best offenses in the NFL he will be in one of the worst. His YPC will again be horrid.

Not if he's on a 8-10 tote a game pitch count and he isn't out there making up for leaky o-line taking on 300 pound men 10-15 times a game. Not that I expect him to stay fresh all season.. Miles are miles and there's no removing them from the body.. but if used properly he can be a stud all season for them.

When was the last time zeke was a stud? 4 years ago? 5? How many years do you have to look foolish on your zeke nonsense before you learn your lesson?

Zeke will embarrass you like he always does.

Something will have to go terribly wrong for Vaughan to get more opportunities as RB3 vs a guy who is RB2. But stranger things have happened. Since Vaughan is on my team now I wholeheartedly hope he tears the league a new one. But here on planet Earth I realize that's not bloody likely.
"opportunities" Notice how you hide behind that word.

"opportunities" or "Carries" only matter if you do something with them and make plays.

Zeke may get carries, but he will be the same chump he has been.

So this is what you are reduced to? Betting that Zeke will bet more carries than a 5-5 rookie 6th round #3 RB on backup on the Cowboys? :lmao::lmao2::lmao::laugh:

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

At least you finally learned your lesson and arent foolish enough to continue to say that Zeke is better than Pollard.

Took you 4 years to learn that one eh?

I bet Hunter would have been the 3rd RB on their depth chart if the Boys had released him.

Patriot's 2nd string RB usually get 500-600 yards. So Zeke, as the 2nd stringer should be able to squeek out at least 300 yards. He'll play the late stage Jerome Bettis/Craig Ironhead Hayward role.

Patriots' seasons since Tom Brady left___
2020: 7-9, 3rd in AFC East; not in the playoffs
2021: 10-7, 2nd in AFC East; lost road wildcard playoff game v. Bills 17-47
2022: 8-9, 3rd in AFC East; no playoffs

Ronnie, are you talking YPC or total yards for the season? I’m betting Vaughn has more YPC and yards per catch/more receptions than Zeke. I’m betting Vaughn has more impact on our team than Zeke does with the Patriots (measured by YPC, receptions and receiving yards). I feel Zeke will have more yards due to more opportunities and Zeke will have more TDs due to short yardage situations.

I like Zeke, wish he was still here and hope for the best for him but his best days are behind him and I like the youth movement we got going on. My main hope for Zeke is he stays healthy in this latter part of his career and can go into retirement with a healthy body. Zeke was great for us and I wish the best of luck to him.

They have a system where RB is just plug and play..easy to find depth, and get better at another position that way. Smart, actually.

I agree. Zeke is still good enough to play. But our system had just become too predictable with him.

New England with Hoodie is the perfect spot for him too!

Will Rico Dowdle get any touches in the MM Schottenheimer O ? Or is he last years Malik Davis purely spectator . Pollard & Vaughn could use a third wheel . And R Jones seems either suspended or injured .
