The Pats are who we thought they were......

So I sat down and rewatched the Pats game tonight, and I must say, despite the final score, this was a helluva ballgame and we REALLY shot ourselves in the foot. We all know the about the penalties, but after watching the game again, you REALLY realized just how bad the penalties were. We simply destroyed ourselves in this game.

Now I know why Crayton said what he said. We CAN beat that team if we play more disciplined. They didn't destroy us, we destroyed us. Granted good teams do that to other teams, but I truly believe that if Henry were in there, this game would have been different (not to mention TGlenn and Tank).

So keep your chins up. Things aren't as bad as they might appear if you just looked at the final score.

Keep in mind-Richard Seymour didn't play, and ditto Malroney/Morris. I doubt Harrison is in full game shape either.

Henry may have been a big loss for us, but we didn't exactly play a COMPLETE Pats team either.

Dude-let's give it a rest. If we beat Minny next week, we'll be 6-1 going into the bye.

Heck-look at Seattle, they lost to the SAINTS(and Holmgren is having by far his worst coaching season-going for it on 4th down when he could have kicked a FG/gone for the onsides kick after?? Wade would have been RIPPED to shreds if he ever made that decision). Or look at Philly-Reid's family issues are obviously distracting his team. If Wade had these same issues, we would be CALLING FOR HIS HEAD.
