I said in another thread that this whole thing had too many coincidences happen for it not to be some kind of fate.

Dak having one of the best performances we've ever seen from a Rookie QB in the preseason.

Then Romo gets hurt.

Heck, it may have started at birth. His parents were Cowboys fans, and his mom named him after a cartoon with "Cowboy" in the title.

I love how he tries to be cute and hold his family in suspense for most of the phone call. They even recognize the QB coach's name. :laugh:

I love that we completely lucked into Dak, but he's making the staff look brilliant. There were so many other guys we tried to take before him, including freaking Connor Cook.
