Great mix I found of T.O.

I think we're extremely spoiled, and really under appreciate exactly how dynamic T.O. makes our offense. The concern over a # 2 receiver is legit, because if 81 goes down or is banged up, we don't have a single guy who has the ability to make the big play.

I know this is starting to sound like a broken record, but we should all really take a look at how the general attitude of this team changed when T.O. got Romo behind the center - there is a reason this guy has led 3 different teams to the playoffs.

Hopefully he can add a blinkie to his resume, and go into the Hall wearing a star.

Nice video, however, it's all so an indictment of how good Romo is because if those balls are not exactely on target like Romo threw them, then T.O. does not have all those catches.

It's a team sport...not a one man show.

Actually I believe TO & Romo were made for each other. TO is the big weapon the Cowboys must have to keep their passing game go at warp speed. Romo is the extremely mobile/innovative & highly accurate QB who consistently can get the ball to TO while also utilizing other top players like Witten, MBIII, Crayton & even Hurd. It's no accident that TO had his 2nd best TD catches in his career with Romo; it's not an accident that Witten had best season in his short career with Romo, it's no accident that even Crayton had his best season, etc. All that happened without the Cowboys best (and Romo's favorite) WR in Terry Glenn. Also seemingly TO gets a kick out of Romo. Romo doesn't have the big ego of McNabb, prickly personality like Garcia. At the same time Romo's calming demeanor along with his friendly/charasmatic yet highly competitive personality seems to help keep TO grounded but also enjoying his career with the Cowboys. Kudos also go of course to Jerry, Wade, WR coach Sherman & Garrett as well.

Frankly before TO hangs up his cleats, I believe he and Romo will set not only a heck of a lot of Cowboy records but also their numbers will compare very favorably with other well known passing duos in NFL history. Obviously to accomplish that, those records must include multiple playoff & SB wins which I really believe will start happening this year.

Will also be really interesting to watch how Garrett incorporates all the new toys which are coming his way with the addition of Felix Jones & Tashard Choice. Of course how quickly both learn their blocking & other duties will determine how quickly Garrett can utilize both. Another big favor will be how much improvement Hurd & particularly Austin & even Stanback (in his 2nd season) have made in their WR skills.

Throw them on target in the playoffs. That'll make me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Well, to be fair to Romo...he threw two balls that could have gone for touchdowns...but, some dog reciever(s) did not catch them, otherwise you would have felt that warm and fuzzy stuff you so disire!

I said it before and I will say it again. In the playoffs I would rather force feed TO like Garcia did to smack the Giants in the face in the 2002 playoffs than rely on Patrick Crayton and Anthony Fasano. I'm done bringin that playoff game up man! It's just disgusting how that game unfolded. Sickening.

How about when TO had his man beat on a crossing pattern, and Romo threw the horribly overthrown duck?

It was a team loss. We should let it go.

This is true. AND... was proven... when TO went down we couldnt score a TD.

I love having BOTH TO and Romo. I love what that combo brings to the table.

BUT with that said... Romo is great for TO in many ways.... but lets be honest.... Romo doesnt throw a GREAT deep ball and cant zip it in there like the Top QB's. THAT kind of QB would be a QB that would be made for TO. AND with THAT said... TO has his shortcoming too... the drops and the lack of focus when its not going his way.

Still... all in all... I would not change the combo for anything.

I think you've got your cause and effect mixed up.

After all, TO played with Bledsoe, too.

As much as I like and appreciate T.O.'s football abilities.

Please refrain from calling him the playmaker.

I'd never blaspheme the name of Michael Irvin, there will only be one Playmaker. But take it in the literal sense.

Guys that can make plays on our club right now: Romo, Barber, Ware, Owens.

Outside of them, we've got several guys who get the job done but fail to add that 'home run/big play' dynamic that a guy like T.O. does.

I'm banking on Felix Jones. I think Garrett is imaginative enough to use a guy as versatile as him to prevent those schemes we saw late in the year that boxed us in.

I can see Felix being used all over the field, ala Reggie Bush - and if Felix can just give defenseive coordinators something else to think about, then the first pick was very well spent.

It's difficult enough for teams to gameplan against Owens, and deal with Witten grabbing 10 balls - but with Barber banging their front 7 to death. A guy like Jones will be the perfect change of pace, to break off big ones against tired defenses.

I may be by myself but I think Mr. Chappelle will be the piece that we've been missing to this Super Bowl puzzle.

No doubt......if #81 goes down.....we are toast.

I don't agree wih that..I think you'll be surprised how tough our D is this year. BUt I will say he is hands down the best WR in the game.
